Mirror Motion Returns Policy
At Mirror Motion, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality digital signage products to our customers. Our returns policy has been crafted in accordance with the EU laws on distance selling. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period):
o Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days from the day after the day they receive the product. This is often referred to as the "cooling-off period."
o If you decide to cancel within this period, please notify us in writing, either by email or post. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
2. Return Shipping:
o Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the product is faulty or not as described.
o We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Refunds:
o Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process a full refund, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days.
o Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
4. Exceptions:
o Customized or personalized digital signage products are exempt from the right to cancel and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
o Products that have been damaged after delivery, or show signs of wear and tear, may not be eligible for a full refund.
5. Faulty or Misdescribed Products:
o If a product is faulty or not as described, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will arrange for the return of the product at our expense and provide a replacement or full refund, including any delivery costs.
